I truly enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere of my room and the friendly staff, especially the two ladies at the front desk who checked me in. The hotel was conveniently located and accessible, making my stay delightful.
Could benefit from updated furnishings and decor.

convenient location, spacious room, indoor pool
The hotel needs a complete remodel!!! Stained furniture, dim lighting, and dirty carpeting definitely detracted from my stay. Hallway carpets require replacing rather than just a cleaning. A thorough upgrade would improve the overall experience!!!

We enjoyed our stay, especially the great breakfast bar, which was perfect for fueling up before our family adventure. The hotel’s location allowed us to easily explore the Riverbanks Zoo, making it a fantastic day out for the kiddo and us.
In my wife’s opinion, check-in was a bit slow, which made it challenging with kids in tow.

The hotel staff were very friendly, and the mini pancake machine was a fun touch at breakfast. However, the room's decor felt outdated, and loud noise from the hallways made it hard to relax. Check-in took longer than expected, which could be improved.

Had an awesome time with friends during our stay! We explored the Riverbanks Zoo and toured the USC campus. The rooms were clean, and the breakfast was more than enough to kickstart our days. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making our trip super enjoyable.
One downside was that the beds were quite hard, making it tough to get a good night's sleep.

Comfortable, Clean, Cozy
This place felt like a warm hug after a long day! The indoor pool was such a delight for unwinding, and the jacuzzi seriously melted my worries away. The room was spick and span, making it so easy to feel right at home!
Strongly recommend! ❤️✨

missingWrote a review on Jun 12clean hotelclean linensunfriendly staffpoor servicebad attitude
I enjoyed the great cleanliness of the hotel and appreciated the fresh towels and linens. The bathrooms felt welcoming with nice shampoo products. However, the staff's attitude really dampened our stay. One staff member, Kaye, was unfriendly and gave us unwanted looks. She acted like she was annoyed by our presence. It made us feel unwelcome, especially since we were just checking in after my daughter’s graduation. We felt brushed aside when greeted, and it left a bad taste. Despite the issues with staff interaction, the hotel’s location close to Fort Jackson was convenient for us. I would like to see improvement in customer service to match the hotel's cleanliness.

It was just a fine choice for an overnight stay in Columbia with good value. The breakfast spread was great with plenty to eat. Keep an eye out for the small street signs. they can be hard to see.

Great Staff, but Needs Major Upgrades
The staff made my one-night stay enjoyable, assisting with check-in and providing local recommendations. However, the room felt outdated with stained furniture and a lingering odor. I was disappointed by the lack of upkeep. For a more pleasant experience, consider requesting a recently renovated room.
